With a background in Architecture and Urban Planning, Stephan has, over the years, developed specialist know-how in Project Development and Project Management. Having been Managing Director and Associate of a renowned German Project Management firm in the UAE, he gained a wide range of market experience on large scale projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Iran.

During his career he has managed a large number of developments in Germany, Italy, France, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, Vietnam, China, UAE, Iran and Qatar.

As the Managing Director of RPM Stephan is responsible for the Company Operations, building and managing the project teams and driving RPM’s Business Development.

Stephan and his team are continuously creating effective and optimized project development and management strategies as a response to market demands in order to build a solid base for long-term growth of RPM business.

With a project portfolio ranging from malls, high rise residential towers to hotels and mixed use developments, Anils has accumulated 8 years of hands on experience in the UAE construction industry. After acquiring a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from REC Calicut, Anils went on to graduate in Construction Management from NICMAR, India.

Having worked with leading international companies in the role of a Contractor and Consultant (Khansaheb Civil Engineering & RMJM, Dubai) during the early years of his career, Anils’ contribution to the design and execution of hospitality projects under RPM has been invaluable to the team.

Claudio has over 20 years experience in the Construction and Design industry across Italy the UK and lately in the Middle East. His career has centered on the Project Management of major New Build and Refurbishment projects and has attained professional status as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Claudio has particular experience in the project management of high quality mixed use residential developments and hotels. Projects include luxury residential developments in London Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington and Knightsbridge as well as the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Birmingham.

Hussam is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), educated and trained in Canada with a BSc. in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Post Graduate degree in Building Engineering and Construction Management.

With over 16 years of on-site experience in both Canada and UAE with such Companies as Maple Builders, RMJM, and Baytur as a Project Manager he has lead engineers of different disciplines and supervised the construction development of several projects associated with the Jumairah Palm Projects, Dubai International Airport Expansion projects (the VIP terminal), Dubai Municipality and a number of Private Clients.

Hussam brings a wealth of experience varying from buildings of mixed-use, high rise towers and shopping malls. He also has a wealth of experience with infrastructures, landscaping and interior fit-outs, all with full technical exposure and knowledge of construction practices on site.

His main strengths are contract administration, project planning, co-coordinating and managing the construction activities in accordance with the project constraints, to monitor and ensure team’s best performance in terms of quality, cost, schedule and compliance with other contract documentations.

He also possesses several professional credited certificates in Project Management, Projects Planning, BSI/UK Internal Auditing, FIDIC, CIB certificate in claims and claim avoidance, Construction Health and Safety (North America ASP card), and is a member of several international construction related associations.

Hussam is married and has four children. Fluent in Arabic and English, he is a well trained volley ball and football player, and as such this has encouraged one to one and team spirit.

Manish has over 18 years of professional experience related to project controls and execution of significant EPC/multidisciplinary construction projects (viz. Airport, Mixed use, Hotels, Malls, High rise, Industrial plants, and Oil and Gas). He graduated as an MS (Mech Engg, USA), and holds a BSc degree and a Diploma in Mech Engg.

A keen planner and team player, Manish has a track record of successfully providing project controls support in managing large developments and fast track projects during pre-construction, construction and post construction stages for many multinational as well as international clients.

Since joining RPM as a Planning Manager, Manish has contributed a key role during the strategic planning, pre-construction, construction, and closeout of various regional projects.
